Terms of Service

Last updated 23 September 2026

These terms apply when you use this website or ask Rabsha LLC to process a payment on your behalf. Please read them before authorizing a payment.

1. What we do

Rabsha LLC provides payment processing and administrative support for families, donors, students and educational institutions connected to study programs in Israel. Funds are collected in the United States and remitted toward approved educational expenses, including tuition and scholarship support.

2. We are not a bank

Rabsha LLC is not a bank. Funds held in connection with a payment are not deposits, do not earn interest, and are not insured by the FDIC or any other deposit insurance scheme.

3. Your authorization and your information

Each debit from your account requires your authorization, which states the amount and the timing. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us. An incorrect account or routing number can send funds to the wrong recipient, and funds sent in error may not be recoverable.

4. Returned and reversed payments

If a debit is returned unpaid by your bank, we may reverse the related payment and charge a returned-item fee, which will be disclosed to you before it is applied.

5. Timing

We do not guarantee the time a payment takes. Delivery depends on the banks involved, currency conversion, cut-off times, weekends and public holidays in both countries.

6. Currency conversion

Where a payment is converted from United States Dollars to Israeli Shekels, the conversion is carried out by a licensed foreign exchange provider in Israel. The rate applied is the rate available at the time of conversion. Exchange rates move, and the rate that applies may differ from any rate quoted earlier.

7. Identity checks and compliance

We are required to verify identity and to understand the purpose and source of funds. We may ask you for documents or information at any time. Where the law requires it, we may delay, decline or report a transaction, and there are circumstances in which we are not permitted to tell you why.

8. Cancelling a payment

You may ask us to cancel a payment before the funds have left. Once a payment has been executed it usually cannot be recalled, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

9. Acceptable use

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rabsha LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Our total liability in connection with any transaction is limited to the fees we charged on that transaction. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the revised version on this page with a new date at the top.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
