This policy explains what personal information Rabsha LLC collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to the payment and administrative services we provide.
Who we are
Rabsha LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of Florida, United States. You can reach us at compliance@rabshallc.com or (727) 777-9009.
What we collect
- Identifying information — name, postal address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and government-issued identification where we are required to verify who you are.
- Financial information — bank name, routing and account numbers, and the amount, currency and purpose of each payment.
- Transaction records — dates, amounts, beneficiary details and related correspondence.
- Technical information — ordinary web server logs when you visit this site.
Why we collect it
- To carry out the payments you authorize.
- To verify identity and to meet our obligations under United States anti-money-laundering, sanctions and recordkeeping rules.
- To prevent, detect and investigate fraud, error and misuse.
- To respond to your questions and maintain our records.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as far as it is needed to do the work or as the law requires:
- Banks, payment networks and other financial institutions involved in carrying out a payment.
- The licensed foreign exchange provider in Israel that converts funds and settles with the receiving institution.
- Regulators, law enforcement and courts, where we are required or permitted by law to respond.
- Service providers who work on our behalf under written confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep transaction and identification records for at least five years after a transaction is completed or a relationship ends, as required by United States recordkeeping rules that apply to financial businesses. Some records are kept longer where another law or a legal proceeding requires it.
How we protect it
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- You may revoke an ACH authorization at any time by writing to us, in time for us to act on it before the next debit.
- You may ask what information we hold about you and ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Where a record must be retained by law, we cannot delete it on request, and we will tell you when that is the case.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
